Palak paratha recipe is easy, healthy, and delicious at the same time. I prepare this often for lunch. Regular use of spinach helps us to prevent iron deficiency and boosts our immunity. This is one of the best ways to include it in our diet since the leaves are lightly cooked and most nutrients are still preserved.

Spinach is rich in vitamins A, C and K, magnesium, iron and manganese. Eating this leafy green veggie may benefit eye health, reduce oxidative stress and reduce blood pressure levels among other health functions.
