Rajma Chaat Recipe | Kidney Beans Chaat Recipe | Rajma Aloo Chaat | राजमा आलू चाट

Chaat or chat is a savoury snack that originated in India, typically served as an appetizer at roadside tracks from stalls or food carts across the Indian subcontinent in India, Pakistan, Nepal, and Bangladesh. With its origins in Uttar Pradesh, India, chaat has become immensely popular in the rest of the Indian subcontinent.

Rajma (kidney beans) are an excellent plant-based source of protein. They're also rich in various minerals, vitamins, fibers, antioxidants, and other unique plant compounds. Therefore, these beans may aid weight loss, promote colon health, and moderate blood sugar levels.
